Villa Stromboli sits at the heart of the village, a welcoming house that unfolds over two floors and offers space for both shared moments and quiet retreat. With four generous rooms, a compact kitchen, and a bathroom, it is well suited for families or small groups who enjoy being close to village life.

On the ground floor, the living and dining area forms the center of the house. A wood-burning stove warms the room, gathering people around the dining table as the day winds down. A separate living area with a sofa bed and desk offers flexibility, whether for reading, working, or accommodating extra guests. A small kitchen and a bathroom with shower complete this level, simple and functional.

The top floor is dedicated to rest. A double bedroom opens onto a small terrace, a quiet corner to step outside and take in the light. Nearby, a second bedroom with two single beds and two additional pull-out beds provides a comfortable and adaptable space, especially for children or friends sharing the stay.

In front of the house, a small outdoor area with table and chairs invites you to sit outside and enjoy the evening, as the village settles and the mountains slowly fade into dusk.

Villa Stromboli si trova nel cuore del villaggio, una casa accogliente che si sviluppa su due piani e offre spazio sia per momenti condivisi sia per tranquilli momenti di relax. Con quattro ampie stanze, una cucina compatta e un bagno, è particolarmente adatta a famiglie o piccoli gruppi che desiderano vivere a stretto contatto con la vita del villaggio.

Al piano terra, la zona giorno e pranzo costituisce il centro della casa. Una stufa a legna riscalda l’ambiente, riunendo le persone attorno al tavolo da pranzo mentre la giornata volge al termine. Un soggiorno separato con divano letto e scrivania offre grande flessibilità, sia per leggere o lavorare, sia per accogliere eventuali ospiti aggiuntivi. Una piccola cucina e un bagno con doccia completano questo livello, semplice e funzionale.

Il piano superiore è dedicato al riposo. Una camera matrimoniale si apre su una piccola terrazza, un angolo tranquillo dove uscire e lasciarsi avvolgere dalla luce. Nelle vicinanze, una seconda camera con due letti singoli e altri due letti estraibili offre uno spazio confortevole e adattabile, ideale soprattutto per bambini o amici che condividono il soggiorno.

Davanti alla casa, un piccolo spazio esterno con tavolo e sedie invita a sedersi all’aperto e godersi la sera, mentre il villaggio si quieta e le montagne lentamente si dissolvono nel crepuscolo.

Im Erdgeschoss bildet der Wohn- und Essbereich das Zentrum des Hauses. Ein Holzofen wärmt den Raum und versammelt alle um den Esstisch, während der Tag langsam ausklingt. Ein separater Wohnbereich mit Schlafsofa und Schreibtisch bietet Flexibilität, sei es zum Lesen, Arbeiten oder um zusätzliche Gäste unterzubringen. Eine kleine Küche sowie ein Badezimmer mit Dusche vervollständigen diese Etage, schlicht und funktional.

Das Obergeschoss ist dem Ausruhen gewidmet. Ein Doppelzimmer öffnet sich zu einer kleinen Terrasse, ein ruhiger Ort, um ins Freie zu treten und das Licht zu geniessen.
